I have been a patient at Lambgates for almost 30 years and have always been treated really well. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I had my annual health check this week and Jessica is a lovely girl. Friendly and pleasant, but also very efficient. Blood tests usually come through very quickly, and its usually fairly easy to get through to someone on the telephone. Thank you Lambgates.

I was really impressed with the young doctor I saw, he listened and advised and promised to ring back as he needed a second opinion on my symptoms, he did ring back within the hour once got home and spoke to me and arranged blood tests.

I am a new patient, right from the start I have been impressed with the service. My transition from my other practice to Lambgates was completed very promptly. I was booked in for a blood test almost immediately to check my Kidney function, this was carried out by Kate. She was very good and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. She explained everything in detail. I got the result in less than 24 hrs and it was normal, thankfully. I felt listened to and the response I received was both caring and understanding. Referrals for investigations were made promptly and results came back quickly and then discussed with my GP, and a plan of action for treatment was concluded. I felt involved in these decisions and suggestions I made were also included in the solution to my health issues. This made me feel safe and increased confidence in my GP, he took on board my feelings too. I now have a plan of treatment and a follow up appointment. I know where I stand and what I need to do to stay well, I feel so much happier, not worried or anxious any more. I would always recommend Lambgates Health Centre, all the staff from GPs to reception staff are always so caring, respectful, helpful and kind, the nurses are just wonderful. I am so grateful to have such health care. Many thanks again for all your kindness hard work and expertise.

Because I was given an appointment quickly to deal with an infection. Waiting an excessive length of time to test the infection I have would have been extremely uncomfortable for me. I was offered was appropriate treatment. The consultation was thoroughand I was treated with courtesy and respect. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I am new to this practice and the receptionists are both welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their appointment system is super efficient. You always get an appointment within 24hrs or less. This takes away stress and anxiety. The Doctors are good at listening and do not hesitate if they feel a referral is necessary. They all give you confidence that you are in good hands. The practice is immaculate, bright and modern. I’m so glad I changed to this practice.

I have had to come to the surgery on a few occasions and not got to see a qualified Doctor ? And I am not confident with this for reasons I had in the past . Practice Response: All of our clinicians are qualified doctors. We are a training practice therefore some of our clinical sessions are held by qualified doctors who are training to become General Practitioner. The training clinicians are supervised by our salaried or Partner GP's and all of their consultations are reviewed.

Reception staff are quick to facilitate a patient's needs tegarding an appointment or advice and go out of their way to assist. Polite and empathetic. Consultation by phone to G.P. during lockdown was well carried out and felt my needs were being heard, and forwarded on to other health services available in good time.
