I have always received an excellent service from lambgates. Even in the height of the pandemic any thing I needed or appointments, tests etc were always done very quickly and the drs, nurses, pharmacist are all incredibly responsive. Can't recommend the surgery highly enough!

Reception staff are quick to facilitate a patient's needs tegarding an appointment or advice and go out of their way to assist. Polite and empathetic. Consultation by phone to G.P. during lockdown was well carried out and felt my needs were being heard, and forwarded on to other health services available in good time. Well run surgery, easily accessible for disabled, easy to log on to website, no long waits and friendly, understanding and patient medical team..

Very quick response times to initial contact. Very efficient in dealing with query and making appointment. Very short wait time to appointment. Very clear advice given by GP in a friendly manner. Overall, they couldn’t have done any better!
