Private Fees

There are a number of reports that may be done on behalf of agencies and organisations that are outside of the statutory General Practice contract.

GP's do not have a contractual obligation to fill in these reports and all attract a fee. Fees are charged according to BMA (British Medical Association) guidelines. Forms will be taken all allocated to your regular GP.

Please ensure all contact details are up to date on your medical record so we contact you once they are completed.
