Great Practice

All staff are always friendly and helpful and they’ve always managed to find a timely appointment slot for me and my daughter whenever we’ve needed one. The service we get is fantastic particularly when compared to some of the stories you hear in the media about other people’s experiences

Filled in a consultation form online and response same day

The doctor was very professional, caring and listened to what I had to say. Also got a prescription the same day. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Fantastic surgery

I moved from another local Gp practice. The surgery always invite me for my annual health checks .I can order my prescriptions online and have them sent to my pharmacy.I now have 3 monthly prescriptions as I qualify on the medications I am on.The reception team are very informative and always get me booked in with the correct person or they navigate me to the most appropriate service.if I can't get a appointment I can use the new online service and know this will be looked at within 48 hrs.I feel lambgates offer me a fantastic service and my consultant always says how efficient my practice is at taking my bloods so it has saved me having to go for blood tests at the hospital as the surgery monitor my bloods. A big well done to all the staff you do a fantastic job.

Excellent!

As a uni student it was important that i got my meningitis vaccination, but unfortunately my uni schedule was very hectic and I didn't have much free time. The friendly and helpful receptionist were bale to find me an appointment that suited me the same week that I rang up, excellent service and it made me feel very looked after. The nurse that gave me the vaccination was very good and friendly, she informed me about all the possible side affects and made sure i was well informed. All in all a great service and super team! Would recommend this practice 100%
