Mrs Sharon Snape

Sharon joined the practice in August 2017.  Sharon has 34 years of experience within the Primary Care sector. She gained her Bachelor of Arts Business Management Degree at Staffordshire University in June 2010 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies (public sector) at The University of Derby in July 2006. 

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premesis and IT along with dealing with any patient complaints or concerns and ensuring that we provide an outstandingly high level of patient care to our community.

From the 1st November 2023 I became a member of the Institue of General Practice Managment. 

Sharon enjoys working with the Doctors, nurses and reception staff at the surgery in addition to helping the medical students and registrars.
